Instructions on what to do when you are experiencing an error in the platform or want to provide feedback on a feature

Experiencing an Issue?

If you encounter a bug, start by signing out and then signing back in, particularly if the platform has timed out. Should the problem continue, please click the chat icon in the lower right corner of your screen and provide the following details:

  • The browser you are using

  • When the error began

  • If relevant, the Pearl Patient ID of a specific patient where you are seeing this error

  • What you expected to happen

  • Any other relevant information

We value your feedback and would love to hear from you via chat or email about how we can improve the Pearl Platform to better meet the needs of your practice.

If you are interested in becoming one of our select Anchor Insight Partners for this year, please let us know by email. Anchor Insight Partners work closely with Pearl’s Experience Design team throughout the year to provide feedback on our product experience and potential new features and offerings.

What’s involved:

  • One hour-long individual session per quarter

  • Recurring Insight Partner group discussions

  • Occasional surveys and feedback opportunities
