CMS mandates that all participating providers attest to completion of the compliance training within the Performance Year. We strongly recommend any of your practices’ key stakeholders also complete the training as early in the Performance Year as possible. The training provides a decent overview of the ACO REACH program, and should only take 20-30 moments to complete.

To complete the training, please review this presentation with all providers in your office. You can also access it by going to the Pearl Academy within the Pearl Platform, going to Courses and clicking on '2024 Onboarding: Required Compliance Training.' To complete the training as efficiently as possible, it is recommended that you do this in a group setting.
2. Once all providers have reviewed the presentation, please have the TIN executive sign the Attestation Form which can be found at the end of the presentation. It can also be sent via DocuSign or accessed in our Community at this link. Please contact your Pearl Health Representative if you are unable to access the form.
