The Pearl Platform has different User Roles and Permissions, which enables your practice to differentiate between platform Administrators, Clinical Practitioners, and Financial Administrators and ensure that information flows appropriately:
Primary Admins: Have access to all information
User Admins: Have access to administer users but no financial or clinical access
Clinical Practitioners: Have access to clinical data but not financial information
Financial Admins: Have access to financial information, but not clinical information. Please note this includes patient names, but no clinical data.
