Pearl Community 101
The Pearl Health Community is a platform where providers and practice staff can engage in value-based care discussions, share best practices, and access helpful resources, especially product news and updates.
Accessing the Community
You can access the Pearl Community directly from the Pearl Platform by clicking on the Account icon in the top right corner and selecting Pearl Community from the dropdown menu. Alternatively, you can access it directly at community.pearlhealth.com.
Navigating Pearl Community
Community Sidebar: Located on the left side of the screen, the Community Sidebar contains various Spaces within the Community, including Events, Training & Onboarding, Newsroom (with a "Pearl Platform Opportunities" space containing product updates), and Resource Center.
News Feed: The center of the screen displays posts in a news feed format arranged in reverse chronological order.
Search Bar: If you're unsure where to find something, use the search bar at the top of the Community page.
Community Spaces
Getting Started: This space introduces new practices to Pearl Health and the support offered.
Newsroom: This space serves as a hub for announcements, blogs, Office Hours updates, platform enhancements, and special programs.
Training & Onboarding: This space provides "how-to" guides for activities related to performance, platform functionalities, and ACO compliance and updates, assisting practices in navigating ACO REACH, MSSP, and Pearl.
3 Pillars: This space offers education and resources on Pearl's Pillars of Performance.
Clinician's Corner: This space features a Discussion Board and other clinically-focused content.
Performance Partnerships: This space contains information on Performance Partners who offer clinical support and wrap-around services to enhance care.
Resource Center: This space provides additional resources on billing, alignment, ACO REACH & MSSP, and frequently asked questions.
Interacting in the Community
Like & Comment on Posts: Share your thoughts and feedback on updates and discussion topics at the bottom of posts.
Discussion Boards: Connect and share ideas, successes, challenges, and questions or concerns related to your practice.
Community Guidelines
Do: Post comments and questions, engage with other providers and staff, share your experiences in VBC, and be kind and inclusive.
Don't: Share personal health information (PHI) or use offensive language.
