We also provide a control to limit access to information associated with particular NPIs. You can use this to ensure that staff or providers who only interact with a given set of patients are limited to that information.

When you invite a user, select which NPIs the user should have access to. For example, if a clinical practitioner user does not have access to Dr. Smith, she will not be able to see clinical info about patients aligned to Dr. Smith.

Please note that financial info, because it is managed at the TIN level, does not abide by the same permission logic as data permissions.
