Details on roles and the features that users in roles are permitted to access

All roles have access to the Learning Center, as well as the practice hierarchy.

Description

Initial Features Accessible*

Primary Admin

Access to everything

All

User Admin

Access to administer users, but no financial or clinical access

Primary Admin -> User Management

Clinical Practitioner*

Access to clinical data, but not financial information

Member List

Patient-level clinical info (subject to data permissions below)

Financial Admin

Access to financial information, but not clinical information. Please note this includes patient names, but no clinical data

Payment Statements

*Note that if your staff is going to be taking actions in the platform, even if they aren't clinical practitioners, their user role should be Clinical Practitioner because they will be handling clinical data

As we add features, we'll provide access in line with these roles. For example, only those with primary admin or clinical access roles will gain access to new clinical info, but those with the financials role will not get those new clinical features.
