You can link your bank account details securely via our online platform (powered by Plaid, our payments vendor), or by calling us at 833-389-1036 to provide your account details over the phone. Once we have your account information, we will initiate as many as 2 test payments to ensure the funds are flowing as expected.

Once we receive Medicare’s initial payments in February, you’ll begin receiving monthly electronic payments to the account you selected and can view statement details in the Pearl application. Pearl is committed to payment delivery to our providers in a timely manner - we will make your January payment once we receive sufficient information from Medicare to calculate it (usually at the end of February). All subsequent payments will be issued on the 1st of the following month (e.g. February’s payment on March 1st, March’s payment on April 1st). Please note that it may take around 3-5 business days for payment to fully process in your account.
