Once the performance year ends on 12/31, we must allow ample time for claims runout, at which point Medicare will calculate the savings that have been earned. You can expect to see an estimate of your shared savings bonus in June of the following year. Once we receive payment from Medicare, we’ll divvy out any individual payments earned to each qualifying Pearl provider in October.
