To view your payment statements, click on 'Financials' at the top of the page. You'll find a list of statements that includes the date processed, number of patients paid for, payment amount, and the option to download the statement as a PDF or CSV file.

The downloaded statement contains a list of each patient you were paid for during that month and the corresponding payment amount. Any recouped amounts from de-aligned patients and the reason for de-alignment are listed at the bottom of the statement.

You can also click on Financials >> Payment Rates to view your capitation rate for both Aged and Disabled (A&D) patients and End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) patients.

Note that Pearl does not provide any tax documents such as a K-1 aside from these statements.
