How to add your bank account to the Pearl Health application via Plaid

Pearl uses an established financial services vendor called “Plaid” to route funds to your account quickly and securely. Pearl will neither have access to the credentials you enter nor your routing and account number. We transmit via Plaid, which is integrated with a huge network of financial institutions. We do this to support a broader range of banks and increase security of not storing your financial information.   1. Login to the Pearl Health app at https://app.pearlhealth.com/

  2. Click on “Administration” → "Payment Setup" → “Link Account”

  3. Click continue to accept Plaid’s Terms

  4. Choose how you'll link your bank account

    1. Instant - by entering your bank’s online login credentials. Note that instant linking will need to be updated with Pearl if you change your bank account password.

    2. Manual - enter your account and routing numbers. This process may take 1-2 days, depending on your bank.

  5. If applicable, complete any verification factors like getting a text code or answering security questions

  6. Follow the prompts from Plaid to complete the linking process

  7. Confirm the status of your account link is reflected in the Payment Setup area of the Pearl platform. For manual linking, you may need to revisit payment setup to confirm micro deposits from Plaid and complete the linking process
