You should should be able to see a list of patients that are claims aligned to your practice by the end of February by that performance year. Below are steps to how to access this list:
Log into https://app.pearlhealth.com/login/.
2. Click on the Patients tab on the top of the screen.
3. You can click on the Alignment tab to sort patients that are claims aligned and voluntary aligned.
