Each month, Pearl receives an updated Beneficiary alignment report from CMS that includes a list of DC Beneficiaries and Beneficiaries who have been removed from alignment to the DCE. Beneficiaries who have moved or died will be automatically reflected in the following month’s report as well

as the following information for each such DC Beneficiary: the Alignment

Year the Beneficiary became an Alignment-Eligible Beneficiary; the effective date of

the Beneficiary’s alignment to the DCE; the effective date of the

Beneficiary’s removal from alignment to the DCE and the reason for such

removal (if applicable).
