As an effort to strengthen user account security measures, the Pearl Health platform will have PHI starting in April 2022. The pin authentication for new account creation and password reset helps Pearl Health help the providers to tighten their security with an easy extra step. PIN authentication makes it much more difficult for an unauthorized person to access the application.
