Step 1: For generating the security PIN for users who have forgotten their passwords, the primary administrators should navigate to the “Administration” space and then to the “User Management” tab. Then, the primary administrators should click on the user for whom the PIN needs to be generated. User details appear at this stage and the PIN can be generated by clicking on “Generate Password Reset PIN”
Step 2: Upon clicking “Generate Password Reset PIN,” the PIN is automatically generated as displayed below. This PIN needs to be communicated to the user so that they can reset their password for the Pearl platform.
