How ACO REACH will (not) affect your patients' benefits

Nothing changes for your patients. Your patients will remain Original Medicare beneficiaries and present with their same insurance card; they will retain the same rights and benefits that they have currently. Pearl's ACO REACH program is intended to help the provider in giving quality care to patients and getting reimbursed through capitation and shared savings.

We’re required to notify your assigned patients of your participation in this model, so they will receive a letter from us notifying them that you have voluntarily opted into the ACO REACH program, and that their benefits will not be affected. Any eligible patients that are not already assigned to your practice can opt in by signing a Voluntary Alignment form. Your patients will receive one of these letters, depending on the ACO you're in:
